The Rotary Club of Alpharetta is looking for those selfless individuals who wear the title of “care partner” with bravery, competence and love.
Nominate a care partner you know who is caring for a loved one from home in North Fulton County (Georgia) to receive a special Care Hero Box. The Care Hero Box is compliments of Alpharetta Rotary Club and is chock-full of items curated for the care partner, including resources and gift items for those caring for a loved one with dementia.
